I sometimes use Pet Hearing and may not be able to understand things said in open chat.

Strict ponyplay consists of three integral parts for me:

1. Being a fulltime pony.

2. RLV restrictions and enforced mouselook.

3. Strict role-play (no '/me thinks emotes', ponies cannot dress or undress themselves or open doors, you wouldn't wash a pony that wears her harness and don't feed them while they are wearing bits or gags)
