Those who aren't new are also welcome, and Trainer Trainees who attend and participate can potentially earn a sign off toward their Trainer status. Topics to be covered include basic expectations, etiquette, communication, and if needed, basic movement skills. It usually takes about an hour and is held at the FFF classroom.
