Learn about what you should expect as a new pony at FFF and what is expected of you. We might discuss a few technical skills you might not have acquired yet, talk about the various day-to-day activities on the farm, and we will take time to answer any questions you might have.

This didn't work so well as a quarterly meeting since many of the "new" ponies were no longer new, so I'm going to try doing it monthly and see how that works out.
