This event will start after the awards are done and we have a short break, then it will go for one hour.   The exact time of the start will be determined by how long the awards take so come for the awards, and stay to run!  This will be the 5 post running slalom in the FFF stadium.  3 runs per turn, so everyone will get plenty of tries in the 60 minutes.   The course is up for practice.
