Information:

Midnight to Midnight on the central park track at Hoobled Hoof Pony Ranch.  The course is always up for practice.  Just take the Bondage City TP to Hoobled Hoof, and then walk out to the park in front of the stable.  There is a map showing the course, and I recomend you practice since you can make wrong turns!
